Business Development Intern

As a solution-focused organization that works with small businesses across Massachusetts, we turned a common problem our customers were having and utilized our expertise to develop a best-in-class SaaS (software-as-a-service) lead generation and marketing platform, Local Leads 365.

Our mission is to give our customers qualified marketing leads within 24 hours of a residential or commercial real estate sale. We do this through our user-friendly database, Local Leads 365. Our vision is for those customers to be the first to say hello to new prospects in their target markets by making their new mover marketing faster, easier and more targeted.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a flexible, customer-driven, creative and positive thinker who likes challenges and can adapt to different scenarios when needed. Working directly with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer, the primary role of the Business Development Intern will be to help in the business development and strategic growth of our new SaaS platform, Local Leads 365. This internship will be provided in exchange for school credit.


  • Develop growth strategies to increase brand awareness and attract a wide variety of customers via marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, etc.
  • Draft social media posts and monitor performance of social media channels
  • Engage in business development by reaching out to potential customers and building lead lists
  • Follow up with current customers and create feedback forms.
  • Update Customer Relationship Database (HubSpot) frequently with activity from all members of the organization (on-the-job training on HubSpot CRM will be provided, if needed)
  • Assist CEO in coordinating schedule
  • Assist CEO in coordinating sales meetings and follow ups
  • Analyze company’s Google Analytics


  • Currently working towards an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree
  • Entrepreneurial minded and self-driven
  • Strong writing skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
  • Hubspot and adobe experience preferred
  • Some prior sales and/or marketing experience preferred
  • Basic technical knowledge
  • Ability to work remotely as well as manage and prioritize tasks without direct supervision
  • Access to a laptop and cell phone
